Returns and Order Cancellation Policy

At HippieHome, we understand that you may want to change or return your order (e.g. color change, regret, dissatisfaction). This is absolutely possible!

1. Product Return Process

You have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.

  • Shipping Method: The return shipment is made by your choice of carrier (Courier or Shipping) and at your own expense .
  • Obligation: To begin the process, it is necessary to first complete the special Return Request Form that we will send you.

2. Necessary Conditions for Accepting a Return

For a return to be accepted, the product must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Be in excellent condition: Unused and not damaged by the customer (e.g. incorrect assembly, misuse).

  • It must be returned with the full original factory packaging (not damaged or tampered with) and all its contents.

  • Be accompanied by all brand labels/markings .

  • To be returned together with a copy of the Invoice or Retail Sales Receipt .

Attention: The safety of the goods during return transport is your responsibility . Make sure that the packaging is correct to avoid damage. Products returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer.

3. Exceptions

  • Products that have been manufactured or ordered on special order are not returned .

4. Refund Process (Changes / Defects)

Once we receive the return and verify that the conditions are met:

  • Refund: Our company will refund you the original value of the product and not the shipping costs of the order.

  • Refund Method: Money is refunded to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal).

  • Deposit/ IRIS / Cash on delivery: If payment was made by bank deposit or cash on delivery, please note the IBAN on the back of the receipt. The account must be in the name of the person who placed the order. The process is usually completed in 2-5 business days.

  • Product Change: If you wish to change (e.g. to a different color) or reship due to a defect, you will need to place a new order in our e-shop.
