1. Shipping by Courier Service (Courier)

Your order is shipped via the partner Courier service, with the cost automatically charged by the system.

Important: Our company assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage during transportation. You are required to report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.

2. Shipping by Shipping Company

Delivery to the Sidewalk (Entrance): The cost refers to the transportation to the sidewalk of the delivery address. This service is valid only for the capitals of all prefectures and islands of Greece.

Outside the Capitals: If your address is outside the capital, the pickup will be done from the nearest transport agency. If you wish home delivery, you will need to contact the agency to be charged the additional costs.

Delivery Time: Ranges from 6 to 12 business days , starting from the day your order is paid for.

Insurance: Our company covers the insurance of products for any damage or loss during transport, as long as the declaration is made within 24 hours .

3. Pickup from a Transport Agency (Customer Choice)

Your order will be shipped to the nearest shipping agency in your area (you will be charged the shipping cost). You will then pick it up from there.

Time & Security: The same delivery times (6-12 business days) and the same security coverage (update within 24 hours ) apply.

4. Shipping with a Shipping Company of Your Choice

Please contact us to provide us with the details of your preferred shipping company.
