Exchanges or returns will be accepted ONLY after prior arrangement with us by phone at 2104626577 or by email at info@hippiehome.gr.

The shipment will be made after arrangement ONLY with a Transport Company, or Elta Courier and NOT with any other courier.

  • PRODUCT EXCHANGES DUE TO CUSTOMER FAULT

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 (FOURTEEN) working days from the date you received them. In this case, you send the package back to us at our expense, using the code of the cooperating courier companies. Once we receive and check that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, meaning you have not unsealed or tampered with its packaging, the agreed-upon product will then be sent from our company, and you will be charged the exchange costs by paying them with cash on delivery upon receipt of the correct product. The exchange costs amount to 5€.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them, meaning you have not unsealed/tampered with their packaging or the product does not have bumps/scratches, etc. Otherwise, you will not be entitled to a product change or a refund. If the customer wishes the unsealed or damaged product to be returned to them, the cost amounts to 5€.

In case of a defective product, you can return it for repair or replacement, after first consulting with us. In this case, the cost of return is not borne by the customer.

  • PRODUCT EXCHANGES DUE TO OUR COMPANY'S FAULT

You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without the obligation to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products (ONLY in the case that the products you received are not exactly what you ordered), with a deadline within 14 (FOURTEEN) working days from the date you received them. In this case, you are not charged the cost of returning the products. The charge will be made to our respective code with the corresponding courier.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as when you received them, meaning you have not unsealed or tampered with their packaging, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

In case of a defective product, you can return it for repair or replacement, after first consulting with us. In this case, the cost of return is not borne by the customer.

  • WITHDRAWAL - REFUND

We accept returns in case you changed your mind within 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the day of receipt for a product that has already been delivered to you and ONLY if it is in its original condition and has not been unsealed or used, and is accompanied by the purchase receipt.

A prerequisite is that an arrangement has been made beforehand for the way the product will be returned to us.

The cost for returning the products to us is 5€ and is borne by the customer and only them. It is deducted from the total order amount after offsetting.

Once we receive the package and within 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the date of shipment to us, the amount of the product's value and the shipping costs from our company will be refunded to you after deducting the 5€ for its return (in case you sent the package without paying the shipping costs).

The refund will be made by deposit into a bank account (IBAN). The banks cooperating with us are Piraeus Bank and Alpha Bank. The transfer commission for money transfer to a bank other than the two mentioned above will be borne by the customer!

Notwithstanding the above, Hippiehome.gr is not required to refund additional delivery costs if the consumer explicitly chose a delivery method other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by Hippiehome.gr.

  • REFUSAL OF RECEIPT

In case you place an order, it is shipped to you and you refuse to receive it (without fault on the part of our company), you are charged the shipping costs (shipping & return) which are 8 euros as well as the VAT of your order.

  • DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

ATTENTION! For the return to us of products that show a problem and are under warranty, they must necessarily be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice, as the case may be. Otherwise, the warranty will NOT be valid!

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to identify any obvious defects, such as broken merchandise, error in the provided item, etc.

  • MANDATORY COMMUNICATION BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCTS

The return is made to us for products that have not been unsealed. The address to which the products must be sent for return is:
